Before You Book
House Policies
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Do it at least 48 hours before your reservation so we can free the lane for someone else. Cancel inside that window and we cannot refund it. Cancel 48 hours or more ahead and your deposit or full payment comes back as an electronic gift certificate, good later and transferable to another person.
Age Requirements
Throwers must be 12 or older. Saturdays until 5pm and all day Sunday are family hours when 12+ is welcome throughout. Outside family hours and school vacation weeks the facility is adults only. You must be 21+ with valid ID to be served alcohol.
Arrive Early
Please show up 15 minutes before your lane time. That gives us room to check you in, get your waiver sorted and run the safety briefing without eating into your throwing.
Waivers
Every participant signs a waiver, and so does every spectator. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign for them. Waivers last a year. Sign online before you arrive and you will be on the lane faster.
